Angle Property as Developer and Land Owner are developing the plot at Lavendon Road, Olney and providing to Sainsbury’s a new build retail shell comprising 17,330 ft2 of sales and back of house space.

The structure is a piled steel frame with ground floor bearing slab, internal dividing walls and a facade comprising glazing, brickwork, louvred cladding and a top deck single ply roof. Externally there is car parking facilities providing 115 spaces in hot rolled asphalt, concrete services yard, external works, soft landscaping, foul water pumping chamber to be adopted by Anglian Water and extensive s278 works.
